About

Hi, I’m Jerry Bair.

Marine Corps veteran. OCR athlete. Coach. Writer. Student of grit and Jesus.

I signed up for my first Spartan race in 2019 and fell in love with pushing my limits. After a Spartan Stadion in 2021, I developed painful neuromas in my feet, which eventually led to surgery in 2023. That same year, a blood clot in my lung became a wake‑up call that shifted everything for me. On Easter Sunday 2024, I recommitted my life fully to Jesus—who has been my anchor in every valley and victory.

This blog exists to show you one thing clearly: there is no storm, obstacle, or starting line you can’t face when your faith, focus, and feet are pointed in the right direction.

My mission here is to help you build resilience you can feel, strength you can use, and a faith that fuels the fire instead of folding when life gets heavy.

I’ll prove it, not preach it. But yeah, I’ll probably get excited about it along the way.

If you leave here feeling even a little braver, a little stronger, or a little more seen than when you arrived, then we’re on the right track.
