You've Done the Race.
Now Actually Prepare for It.

You've signed up for Spartans and DEKAs, spent thousands on race weekends, and crossed finish lines. But you're still winging your training - and somewhere deep down you know it. Kingdom Grit is the structured system that changes that.

I'm a 42-year-old tech professional with a full-time career, two kids, a wife, and a packed schedule. I work from home in rural Maine and I train four days a week. There's no DEKA affiliate near me, no OCR-specific gym down the road. I've got a rope climb and monkey bars in my backyard and a commercial gym about 10 minutes away.

I race Spartan and DEKA events intentionally - one or two a year, prepared, not just showing up. I've done Stadium Spartan training in a parking garage stairwell. I've built obstacle simulations out of PVC pipe and gravel buckets. I know how to get race-ready inside a full life with whatever's available.

Good. That means you’re exactly where we begin. This is built to meet you where you are, then progress you week by week without wrecking your joints, your schedule, or your sanity.

Yep. OCR is the backbone, but we tweak the engines when you want to chase a DEKA, Hyrox, or other hybrid event. The framework stays the same - the flavor changes.

That’s already expected. Work trips, long meetings, unpredictable weeks - we adjust, you keep moving, you don’t lose momentum, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Perfect. We start with basics that build confidence and durability, then layer the fun stuff - grip, carries, skills - so you don’t feel like you’re drinking from a firehose on day one.

No worries. You get a Virtual Race Day Commander plan by default. If your goal race is within 100 miles of Saco, Maine, we can do the on-site version. If not, we handle it remotely with the same intensity and focus.

This Is Your Call to Rise
